## What GOATbox.gg is

GOATbox.gg is **gamified e-commerce**: players open themed mystery boxes where every single
opening lands on a **real, physical product** — an iPhone, a MacBook, a Breitling, a pair of
Jordans, sealed Pokémon product. There is no losing outcome, no empty box, no "better luck
next time." The question is never *whether* an item lands — it's *which* item, at what value.

That distinction is the whole story: this is a retail purchase with a randomized reveal,
not a wager. Users always receive product value; they never stake money on a chance of
receiving nothing.

## The core mechanics

**1. Boxes are themed and priced individually.**
Every box has a fixed opening cost (e.g. MacHead — an Apple-themed box — opens for $11.99)
and contains a published list of items it can drop, from everyday items up to a "chase"
grail (MacHead's list runs from Apple accessories up to a MacBook Pro M5 Max 16‑inch,
$7,499). ~70 boxes are live across themes: Apple/tech, luxury watches, streetwear and
hype (Supreme, Jordan), TCG (Pokémon, MTG, One Piece), PC/gaming, luxury fashion, jewelry,
beauty and more.

**2. Odds are published per item, and they always total 100%.**
Each item in a box shows its exact drop rate down to fractions of a percent (a $7,499
MacBook Pro shows 0.00037%; common items carry the bulk of the probability). Writers can
and should reference real odds — they're on every box page, visible before any purchase.

**3. Every box also shows an intensity meter.**
Boxes are rated low / medium / high / extreme. Low-intensity boxes drop mid-value items
often; extreme boxes concentrate value in rarer chase items. This is the "volatility"
concept players pick by, and a genuinely useful thing to explain in reviews.

**4. The reveal is a slot-style spin.**
Opening plays as a vertical reel that decelerates and lands on the item on the center
line. Players can open one at a time, **Quick open** (skip the animation), or **Open all**.
A **Demo mode** on every box lets anyone try the spin without paying — reviewers should
use it.

**5. Claim or sell — the loop.**
After an item lands, the player has two buttons:
- **Claim**: the physical item ships to them, free.
- **Sell (instant sell-back)**: the item converts to site credit at its full listed value,
instantly — no queue, no threshold, no redemption process.
Credits go straight into opening more boxes. This open → land → claim-or-sell → open-again
loop is the product's engine, and the honest way to describe why it's engaging.

**6. Wallet.**
Landed items sit in the player's wallet until claimed or sold. The wallet is real inventory —
items don't expire into nothing.

**7. Welcome offer (the only offer language approved for publication):**
> **9 Free Boxes & Up to 50% Off on First Purchase**
New users open 9 free boxes upfront. Do not paraphrase this into bonus/wagering language.

## Language rules (mandatory in published copy)

**Call us:** gamified e-commerce · a mystery box platform · GOATbox.gg (exact casing)

**Never use:** casino · sweepstakes/sweeps casino · betting · wager · slots · jackpot ·
stake · gamble · "win real money" · "free spins" · "no-deposit bonus" · cash-out

**Framing rules:**
- Say **"land"**, not "win": items *land*, players *land a MacBook*. "Win" is gambling vocabulary — avoid it outside the quoted banned phrases above.
- What lands is a **product**, not a payout. Sell-back is **store credit**, not cash-out.
- Don't put "casino" or "sweeps" adjacent to the brand name in titles, meta tags, or anchors.
- Keep the 18+ note wherever your format shows offer details.
- Use your issued tracking link verbatim:

- Send drafts for approval before publishing — reviewed within one business day.
